William H. Catlin, Jr. is the Managing Principal of Boston Realty Advisors. Wil directs the Commercial Division as well as strategic growth across all of the company’s divisions. As a corporate real estate professional and entrepreneur Wil has over eleven years of real estate experience. His focus originates from City of Boston’s Office Market to his clients requirements nationally. His firm has two regional offices in Boston, Massachusetts and New York City. During his career in the real estate business, Wil has been involved with over 750 transactions. His clients range from venture backed startups to well establish professional services firms. Working with emerging tech companies in all stages of growth has made him keenly sensitive to issues that are important to success such as; cost, speed, flexibility, culture, creativity and teamwork. He is an active member of the NAIOP and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB).

Prior to joining and Boston Realty Advisors Wil spent twelve years in the financial services industry. His focus was on the electronic dissemination of SEC compliance in lieu of traditional paper. His clients included: Putnam, Fidelity, Aetna, Prudential Securities, State Street and E*TRADE.

Mr. Catlin’s philanthropic endeavors include Sudbury Valley Trustee’s and the Annual Boston Realty Advisors/Beth Israel Hospital Charity Tennis Tournament where he serves as a Co-Chair. Additionally he contributes to Love Lane Therapeutic Horseback Riding Program and Menlo College Alumni Association.
