Erich Y. Schultz, J.D., M.B.A.

Erich has been working with Boston real estate clients since 2002 and has a solid grasp of the greater Boston real estate market. Over the years, Erich has guided his clients to dozens of successful transactions.

Prior to joining Boston Realty Advisors, Erich was an award winning sales person with the world’s largest real estate sales organization. He consistently generated sales in the Top 2% of that company, including numerous year end rankings in the Region’s Top 100 of over 3,000 agents.
