Biography:

 As the Associate Director of Boston Realty Advisors’ Commercial Division, Adams focus is in the Office Leasing and Sales sector within the Central 128-Mass Pike market. Since joining Boston Realty Advisors in 2003, Adam has been a key element in the development and success of the Commercial Division.

Working with both Tenants and Landlords has enabled Adam to develop an extensive knowledge of the marketplace which provides his clients with a distinct advantage at the negotiation table. In the Tenant Representation capacity, Adam assists with new space acquisitions, renegotiation of existing leases, blend and extends, space dispositions, and strategic planning. With respect to Landlord Representation, he has provided both institutional and private ownership groups with outstanding results by eliminating vacancies and advising on lease renewals.

After growing up in Newton, Adam graduated from The George Washington University in Washington D.C., with a degree in Business Administration. While in school, Adam met his wife Melanie and the two currently live in Boston’s South End. Adam is very active in NAIOP’s Developing Leaders program, the Newton-Needham Chamber of Commerce, and the BIDMC-BRA Charity Tennis Tournament.
