Biography:

Jim Speros runs the strategic growth of Boston Realty Advisors’ retail group, Advisors Retail.

Jim Speros specializes in retail leasing, property repositioning, property acquisitions, property sales, retail site assemblage, development and tenant representation throughout New England.

Jim began his retail real estate career in 1993, and has held successful marketing, sales, and real estate brokerage positions at various Massachusetts and Rhode Island firms since 1988.

A Boston area native and an expert in both the Greater Boston and Rhode Island markets, Jim has facilitated countless deals between landlords and tenants, and has served as the exclusive agent in this market for several national retail clients, including Kool Smiles, Tim Horton's, Pro Nails, Big Party, Zoom Wireless and Zcomm Wireless.

Jim has represented several national tenants for past roll-outs in Massachusetts, including Yum! Brands, JC Penny, Kool Smiles Dentistry, Applebee’s, Big Party, 1-800-Flowers, and Dunkin Donuts.

He also has represented notable developers and landlords, such as Finard Properties, CBL & Associates, Second Generation Development, Rubicon Real Estate, Campanelli Companies, Gerard Management Group, The Growth Companies, SF Properties, Everest Partners, Jager Management, Jamp Properties, Fafard Real Estate, and Brendon Properties.

Jim is an active member of ICSC. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Journalism from Boston’s Northeastern University.
