What is TENANT REPRESENTATION?
The official definition is an arrangement whereby a prospective tenant engages a real estate broker to act as its exclusive agent in negotiating a lease for commercial space. In most instances, commercial tenants choosing to work with a tenant representative are not charged fees as brokerage fees are typically paid by the landlord. Although the cost of services is free to tenants, the value is priceless. Tenant representation saves clients money over the life of their lease; it can reduce risks and liabilities as well as allow you as the tenant to spend more time focusing on your core business. If you choose to select Boston Realty Advisors as your exclusive Tenant Representative in New England you can rest assured that your interests are being represented and the most favorable terms will be negotiated on your behalf.
