Beautiful Schoolhouse Condos ready for Spring

I just had the pleasure of touring an amazing new development this weekend, the Lincoln- Kennedy Condominiums in Medford. To be delivered in the spring, this development includes a row of new townhouses (of which there is only 1 remaining) and the beautiful Lincoln school, which will consist of fifty luxury condos. Yes, we know that the word “luxury” has been loosely thrown around lately, just as the term “loft” has been muddied for marketing properties. This development does not claim to be lofts (although there are 18’+ ceilings and 8’ windows!), but luxurious in certain aspects it truly is.
