Manuel Davis joined Boston Realty Advisors in 2006 as Vice President, Residential Sales. With more than 10 years of success assisting sellers and buyers of real estate in Greater Boston, Manuel is a leading agent in the area. Born and raised in Cambridge, Manuel has an intimate knowledge of the neighborhoods, schools, local zoning and tax laws, building codes, and dynamics of this community as well as those neighboring it. In addition, he has extensive experience in the lifestyle and marketing of modern urban living and loft residences. Previously, Manuel was a successful agent for buyers and sellers at Remax and Coldwell Banker franchises in Somerville and Cambridge, respectively. Prior to that, he managed numerous new construction and renovation projects, during which time he was actively involved in the design process, choosing finishes, fixtures and colors for interior and exterior spaces. Through the Davis Development Company LLC, Manuel Davis has performed more than two dozen condo conversions and several loft conversions along with single family home construction projects. He has an intimate knowledge of both design and the process for which it takes to renovate homes with style. Through consistent involvement in the community, Manuel is well informed of local government initiatives and plans for future developments. He earned a B.A. from Boston University, and has studied fine art at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, a division of Tufts University.
