As a professional working in the Boston area for over 25 years I am proud to say I've been known for developing quality working relationships with people. All of my relationships are based on respect, integrity, and trust.
I’ve been working in Real Estate since 2001 and in addition to selling real estate I’ve owned, bought, sold, developed and been a landlord. Prior to selling I worked in the residential and commercial mortgage financing industry. Working with seasoned and first time buyers originating residential loans and consulting them on how best to position their finances to meet their goals was especially fulfilling. The mortgage finance experience trained me to be a better REALTOR. Consulting with people to find out what their looking for then hunting around for that special place is fun for me! Professionally its extremely rewarding because I tap into my training in economics, finance, consulting, management and psychology.
Aside from practical experience I've invested time and money in formal education. My undergraduate degree is from Suffolk University and my graduate work was done at Simmons College in Boston. I’ve studied international economics at Universita Azziendale in Turn Italy and Shanghai China. As a REALTOR I’m continuously investing my time and money in staying current as well. I’m a certified Realtor, Buyer Agent and working toward Council of Residential Specialist.
Beyond ALL of the professional experience, formal education and certifications I'm a native of Boston. The BACK BAY, BEACON HILL, SOUTH END, SOUTH BOSTON have all been home to me. Most all of the other neighborhoods of Boston have been explored either by shopping, eating or drinking. Sure any agent can provide stats on home sales, Google a local neighborhood or Bing a map to find something in particular BUT having actually lived in the city makes a difference. Knowing the inventory, the history and having literally witnessed the city change makes a difference.
